Service to your home is typically routed the same day, or next day, and scheduled with a maximum time window of 2 hours giving strong consideration to your time preferences. Service charge includes trip to the home, diagnostic, and detailed estimate of repair(s) needed, with breakdown of all charges.

All services are warranted as follows:
30 days on stand alone service charge (IE: non repairs, estimates only)
90 days on service charge and labor, with/without parts charges, (IE: repairs, adjustments etc)
1 year on GE/Hotpoint brand parts
1 year on all Whirlpool family of parts
90 days on Frigidaire, LG, & Samsung parts

The warranty for parts is what the manufacture gives us, then passed along to you!
